BG Premier Entertainment, LLC is excited to announce its Fall 2022 event, Holiday Enrapture III: A Night of Comedy and Smooth Grooves. This exhilarating performance brings to center stage a beautiful choreography of comedy, music, and dance for an amazing evening of celebration.
This year’s performance is filled with non-stop laughter by comedian Rod Allison a.k.a Rod of God and a live concert by vocalist Myk’l Hanna with an R&B band performing songs from his new project and the best in R& B, Funk, and Jazz. This show will have you laughing, singing, and dancing as you experience all the things that make the holidays memorable. Come experience this special show that will bring you a lifetime of fun memories.

Rod Allison a.k.a. Rod of God
For over 20 years, Comedian/Trumpeteer Rod Allison (aka Rod of God Comedy) has performed his signature style of clean comedy nationally and internationally…leaving countless audiences filled with laughter. He’s performed with Legendary Artists such as: Kirk Franklin; Donnie McClurkin; CeCe Winans; Yolanda Adams; Bishop Marvin Sapp; Casting Crowns; Tye Tribbett and numerous others. Rod has provided comedy for several corporations and organizations such as: The National Medical Association; Radio One; Pfizer; Novartis; Urban Sports & Entertainment Group and others. Whether he’s performing on stage before thousands or in more intimate venues, audiences have consistently described Rod of God Comedy shows as: Totally Unpredictable, Highly Energetic, Creatively Witty and 100% Crazy!
Myk'l Hanna & Band
As the grandson of pianist/composer Sir Roland Hanna, Myk’l Hanna has performed in front of audiences world-wide. Participating in various groups has granted Myk’l the privilege to perform in renowned venues around the world such as Carnegie Hall (NYC), The Music Hall (Beirut, Lebanon), The Hard Rock Cafe (Punta Can, Dominican Republic) and The Carolina Theatre (Durham NC). Myk’l currently sings lead for the award-winning private events band Irresistible Groove, and has appeared live and/or on recordings with other notable NC based artists such as Dreamroot, Ernest Turner, Zoo Cru, & Lenora Zenzailai Helm. Myk’l has often been described as a “Purveyor of deep, infectious grooves and artisan of the electric-cool atmosphere.”
Kellie Faison
Kellie Faison currently resides in Raleigh, NC and is a Registered Nurse at Duke University Hospital (ER). Nursing is her profession by day but she also has a passion for dancing. She started dancing at the age of 4 and knew that this was something that she loved. It gives her the opportunity to express herself through dance. She has experience in many forms of dance such as Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Liturgical Dance, and African Dance. She is currently the choreographer for the Liturgical Dance ministry at her church in Wake Forest, NC.
Penda Ray
As a little girl, Penda would sneak into the basement for hours to watch her dad listen to music on his headphones and dance around. While most kids were playing with toys, Penda was asking her mother for all of the latest records so she could imitate her dad. Soon a DJ was born!
Originally hailing from NYC, Penda was in a military family, so she had the pleasure of living all over the United States before her father retired in North Carolina. There Penda began her career in radio as an on-air personality that spans from hip-hop to smooth jazz to gospel while earning a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies from Elizabeth City State University.
With over 20 years as a DJ/on-air personality, Penda is ready to transform the world with her own recordings, merging classic old school R&B and Hip-Hop tracks with the upliftment and encouragement of inspirational lyrics...her holistic goal is to be a living example of god's love and freedom for all.
