Hold Harmless/Indemnification Agreement  - The Vendor hereby releases and forever discharges the BG Premier Entertainment (BGP) its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, expenses, costs, and liabilities of any kind or nature directly or indirectly related to any personal injury and/or property damage arising out of Vendor's use of the space(s). Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless BGP, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions and costs of actions, including attorney’s fees for trial and on appeal, of any kind or nature arising out of or in any way connected with this Contract or Vendor’s use of the space(s), sale of goods or conduct of business by Vendor, its agents, servants, employees, customers, patrons or invitees or any act or omission of Vendor, its agents, servants, employees, customers, patrons or invitees.  Vendors shall maintain all appropriate City, County, and State licenses for their type of goods or products.  This application does not automatically reserve a space, Vendors will be contacted by the event organizers if space is available in a product category. - Enter Electronic Signature of the CEO or Authorized Agent and date of application, below.
